The Ecological Tapestry of the Project's Location

Nestled at an elevation of 1,250 meters within a vibrant montane forest, the project site lies on the eastern slopes of the illustrious Llanganates National Park. This particular region, situated at the northern reaches of the Pastaza province, is a treasure trove of biodiversity, boasting a remarkable collection of around 800 species of vascular and endemic plants.
